Why should Pho Thien Thien be your restaurant of choice?
Small space, BIG taste

This new Vietnamese restaurant has a gracious owner who learned cooking in her mothers kitchen and later in native restaurants. The fresh vegetables taste as if theyve come from a garden out back. The pho, or noodle soup, is hearty and spicy. Try the Vietnamese crepe, stuffed with shrimp and pork, veggies, and rice sticks. We loved the vermicelli bowls, especially with flavorful pork strips, mint, and ground peanuts. The Vietnamese rolls are fun: You soak the translucent pancakes in a bowl of hot water at your table, then fill them, fajita-style, with a platter of offerings. Roll them up and enjoy. Wash it all down with a frothy fresh fruit or bean or avocado shake. And if theres room, go for the fried banana rolls, free on Friday nights.
